The Difference between Coaching and Therapy

Life Coaches deal with relatively healthy people who want to improve their lives in specific ways, such as changing careers, finding a healthy relationship, taking their business to a new level, developing self-care, and finding YOUR balance in your life.  Life coaching differes from therapy in that the force is more in the present and future than the past, more on goals and behaviors.  In coaching sessions, the coach helps the client define and clarify their goals and dreams.  Then work with the client to make a plan to achieve them.

What is a life coach?

A life coach is an accountability partner that helps you clarify your priorities. I will help you to make choices that will give you a powerful life. We all have a light inside us that is longing to shine. We will create a safe place that will allow your brilliance to shine.

What is my role as your Life Coach? 

People work with life coaches for a varying amounts of time. The average client works with a life coach for 12 - 18 months. I work with my clients mostly on the phone across the US. 

I create a safe space for you to make powerful choices. I believe we all have a light to shine and as your Life Coach, I will hlep you to shine your light. As my client, you will feel acceptance of your path in this journey. Each person has their own individual path that is like no one else's. You have every right to your process. Together we will discover your brilliance!
